The Washington Council for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect in a collaborative
partnership with Artist Trust and the Washington State Arts Commission is calling
on Washington State artists to help re-design the state's heirloom birth certificate.

Defiance Zoo Cubs Get Monikers
No longer will the two rare Clouded leopard cubs at Point
Defiance Zoo & Aquarium be known as “Girl” and “Boy.” The
cubs were officially named Sunday, June 22, by winners of the Zoo’s “Name
That Cub” contest.
